Exercise

  • You must exercise and avoid deconditioning

  • Start slow and increase gradually

  • Recommended activities include: recumbent bike, swimming, rowing as these aren't performed in an upright posture

  • It is important to include cardio and strength training (sit ups, leg raises, sitting squats, calf raises, chest pulls/press)
